Eco Tamis (Timiš) – new tourism product” was presented at 43th Tourism Fair in Belgrade

Project “Eco Tamis (Timiš) – new tourism product” implemented under the IPA CBC Cross-border Cooperation Program Romania – Serbia was presented at the stand of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia during 43th Tourism Fair in Belgrade from March 24th to 27th,  2022.

 

The Fair was opened by the Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Tatjana Matic said that Serbia is “an attractive point on the global tourist map” and added that she was honored to host ministers from many countries during the fair, which would contribute to stronger tourism cooperation.

At the joint stand of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce at the 43rd International Tourism Fair “Between Mountains and Sea”, 16 exhibitors, representatives of tourist organizations, restaurants, hoteliers and companies presented their tourist offer and products.

The project “Eco Tamis (Timis) – a new tourist product” was also presented at the stand. Through promotional materials, the visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with the potentials of eco-tourism in the Tamis River Valley in Romania and Serbia.

This year’s tourism fair was aimed at recovering and renewing the tourist environment, as well as promoting trends and innovations that will shape the future of the tourism industry. Through the Eco Tamis project – a new tourist product, modern tourists get the right solution to enjoy all environmental opportunities rowing, bird watching and sport fishing in the proportions they choose according to their own interests.
