Training course finished for animators in tourism

In accordance with the planned activities, in the period from 11th to 13th October 2018, a joint training was held for animators in tourism from the Serbian and Romanian sides, which was a three-day training. The training was held at the Hotel Vojvodina in Zrenjanin and was intended for animators in tourism who had previously attended individual trainings. This was an opportunity for the participants of the training to raise the level of knowledge about tourism in Banat, to acquire new skills and to improve existing ones, as well as to get to know the new regional tourism product Eko Tamiš.In accordance with the planned activities, from 11th to 13th October In 2018, a joint training was held for animators in tourism from the Serbian and Romanian sides, which was a three-day training. This was an opportunity for the participants to raise the level of knowledge about tourism in Banat, to acquire new skills and to improve the existing ones, as well as to get to know the new regional tourism product Eko Tamiš.

  

 

The training was specially designed for tourist animators and was divided into three one-day training sessions. On the first day, the focus was on communication and presentation, while on the second day training was focused on practical aspects, including communication and presentation skills, techniques and tools. The third day was a summing up that connects learned techniques and tools with Eco Tamis, a multilingual environment and cross-border tourism and an organized excursion. The training was based on the best international practices in the education of tourist animators and a wide range of knowledge of experts from this field, and it was interactive and included exercises and examples from real life. The training was held simultaneously in the Serbian and Romanian languages. On the third day, a trip to the nearby protected location “Carska bara” was held for all participants, located in the immediate vicinity of Tamiš, where a boat ride was organized and a tour of over 230 bird species and 300 species of plants.
