Members of the project team of the IPA Project “Eco Tamis – a new tourist product” provided logistical support to the Romanian team that within the implementation of the IPA Project “ECO – EDU BANAT” prepares a virtual tour along the river Tamis, visiting places for bird watching, fishing and eco-tourism in general, defined in the project “Eco Tamis – a new tourist product” and implemented under the IPA cross-border cooperation program Romania – Serbia from June 2017 to September 2019.
From the October 16th to October 18th, 2020, members of the project team of Serbian partner organizations Serbian Chamber of Commerce – RCCI Pančevo and the Centre of Volunteers and Nature conservation movement of Pančevo, on the IPA project “Eco Tamis – a new tourist product” provided assistance to the team in preparing a virtual tour of the river Tamis within the IPA project “ECO – EDU BANAT” leading them to places that can best present the potential of eco-tourism and to attract tourists to natural environments that are unique and accessible in Tamiš river valley.
The virtual tour that is being prepared within the IPA project “ECO – EDU BANAT” will bring a new, higher value to the new tourist product developed through the implementation of the IPA project “Eco Tamis – a new tourist product” because it will enable interested tourists to meet touristic potential of the river Tamis in a modern way. They can get acquainted with tourist potentials in the valley of the river Tamis and choose places where they will fish, walk, ride bicycles or watch birds.
